Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately, return shipping on us.

Warranty Every e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacements are free during this period.
